International Shipping Information
Order Flow
Please add your desired items to the cart, and on the cart page, switch to English by selecting it from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. Then, input your delivery information, etc.
* Uncheck 'Same as Billing Address' if orderer and destination address are different
We will ship your order via Japan Post's 'EMS (Express Mail Service)'.
* For international deliveries, we may not be able to accommodate same-day shipping.
* We will provide you with the parcel tracking number via email when the items are dispatched.
When the weight exceeds 2.5kg or when purchasing multiple items
Shipping costs will be displayed as 'We'll contact you later.'
After we have received your order, we will verify the total weight, including packaging materials, and will contact you via email with the total amount for the product and shipping charges.
Please confirm the total payment amount.
Reply with your approval or cancellation.
* If we do not receive a response by the specified deadline, the order will be canceled.
* When you purchase some items, it may be shipped after confirming and contacting the shipping cost.
